My Env has the following problems-
-the volume key doesn't work
-the battery doesn't charge sometimes ex.i wake up in the morning after charging my phone all night and i take it off the charger and it drops to 1 bar
-it shuts off randomly and resets all of it's settings

Please tell me if yous does this or you know how to fix it!  Smiley

it sounds like you got a remanufactured or refurbished phone, i would suggest taking it back to the store and getting it replaced

AllyKat1234, I have not had problems with (lack of) charging yet, but I have had random reboots and battery drain issues that I was able to resolve by powering down, removing the battery, and cleaning the contacts on the phone and battery with alcohol & a Q-tip.  It wouldn't surprise me if a poor connection there also impacted the charging cycle.  My phone went from several reboots per day to zero.  It's worth a try.
