Texting/Signature GLITCH

Hey, I have been on VZW about this for 6 months since I got the phone in Feb, with updates from V04 through V09 failing to resolve the issue.  It seems to have started with either V03 or V04, because it did not happen on an in-store phone we tested that had V02.  After updating that phone to V08, we verified that it had the problem, too.  Email also has a glitch using the shift key (all text disappears when you press shift, but reappears when you press the second key after shift).  Appeared at the same time, no resolution there, either.  Tech support told me today that there are no open issues reporting either of these, even though the in store tech logged them with LG.  I think this is one that will never be resolved.  Too bad that even though I found a very helpful tech in the store, the effort was wasted.
