I love my enV Touch. I've had it since the end of June and it's a great phone.
My one problem is when the battery does run out (it does have a long lasting battery. i charge it 2 times a week tops), if it tells me its on low battery and the empty battery indicator is flashing and i turn the phone off, my settings are gone when it turns back on. So once it's charged and I turn it back on, I have to go in and turn the vibration off, reset my wallpaper and menu fonts and style, etc. I also have to redo my shortcuts from the front main menu (the ones you get to from that arrow on the right side of the screen). Luckily I only have to redo the shortcuts and not my media. Also the two shortcuts I keep on my main screen are there, my ringtone is the same, my events in my calendar are still there as are texts, voicemails, contacts, my web favorites, as well as my applications.
So basically it's just a matter of annoyance and convenience. It's annoying having to spend 5 minutes top resetting my settings to the way I want them to be but it's not something I'm going to flip over and demand a new phone over.
