things you'll need
1) Music which you'll be turning into your ringtone Tongue
2) something to edit your music with (Windows movie maker, Goldwave, etc)

I use windows movie maker to edit my music so I first go into File > Import > and select my music. Then I edit the music so its around 20-30 seconds starting and ending where I want Smiley once your finished editing your ringtone go to File > Save Movie File and it will save it as .mp3 as long as there's no video there just the audio. (this is for windows movie maker) then just go to your email and send an email to yourphonenumber@vzwpix.com and attach the ringtone to it then you should receive a text in about 1-5mins and it will have the ringtone inside it! You're done Tongue BTW your phone number HAS to have the area code in it.. no parenthesis just the area code + number no spaces nothing Tongue

just incase you didn't get how to do it i made a video to simplify it

I use http://ventones.com  Shocked
It's free. Since my laptop has bluetooth, sending it to my current phone is quick and easy.

I actually have done really well with Bitpim...only used twice. And was able to make a full length song into a ringtone.
 Smiley

Phonezoo is another good one but you have to sort through all the people recording thier own voice saying stupid things like "hey your mama's callin'" or my favorite *sarcasme* "hey pick up your phone"...or if there is one on there you really want you can't hear it because the volume on thier mic is down or too far away from the speaker.
