Just got my phone today - YEA!  So far I love it!  However, I am Technology Challenged and need some help and direction. I have an old Moto E815 and moving up to the Touch. I have had the Moto at least 6 years. When I got it I used Bitpim to load up custom ring tones. But now I don't have a clue what to do.
I downloaded the newest (test) version of BP - but it says it can't find my phone. HELP!

I need someone to walk me through setting up BitPim to find my phone.    Embarrassed

I need step by step instructions on how to remove the Photos from my old phone and move them to the Touch using BitPim.   Shocked

I need step by step instructions on how to move my custom ring tones from my COMPUTER to my TOUCH using BitPim.   Embarrassed

Does anyone know if there is a Video Tutorial for the Touch?  I can sure use it - reading the manual is boring.

Like I said earlier - I am technically challenged and need to be spoon fed and lead through the steps on HOW TO.  Please be kind - I am older and a little slower! Thanks for any help you can provide!   Wink
