they make adapters.  so they make an adapter that fits a regular SD slot, and you put your little micro sd card inside of it, then you can put it in a regular Sd slot.  its pretty cool

That's the part that I lost...housing/adapter, lol.

O ok, i get ya know, the conversion to be able to plug into the computer.  Well you can find those on amazon for pretty cheap if it's a big deal to you.

Not too much of a bother for me, I have the USB Mass Storage option so if I didn't have that, then yeah I'd look for other means to get the thing.  I may upgrade my card sometime in the near future...I have a 2 gig card, but then I have to wonder how often I would use it, haha. I just use  the mass storage thing to transfer wallpapers and to dump pictures from my phone onto my computer, so I may have to do it more frequently but otherwise I may have thousands of pics on my card and no way of sorting through them.

I have an 8gig on my voyager right now.  And I have probably 50 full length movies on it right now, along with tons of pics and songs.  But I think the nicest feature is having all my movies on there.  Good for a road trip.

Hi Dark Side, How do you put movies on your phone?  Is there a particular site you use?  Sorry for the questions.  I am not sure if I can ask how to QQQ or need to do that in another Thread!  But i am really interested in putting Full Length shows/ movies on my phone.  I have an 8gig card also!

There is a tutorial for adding movies to the Voyager on that site.  We should probably try to get one for this site that's specific to the Touch and it's new screen resolution.  Especially since the Touch can use more than just 320X240 resolution.

Well just find a converter software like handbrake, prism, super, etc.... I use prism and it lets you adjust how big the screen size is and some other settings.  then i just convert them over to 3gp and after it's converted, put my sd card in my computer, open my folder and drag and drop into  the My_Flix folder.  Pretty simple.  I like how you can actually use the entire screen on the touch where as the voyager you get stuck with 320x240

Cool Thanks, sounds easy enough! Even someone as Tech Challenged as myself might be able to do that!!

I thought it would be good to make a Topic that people can post all the little things they find useful.
Alot of the things are in the manuals but seriously, who reads those?

POST EM!

Things I've found...

-If you set a picture to your contact ID you can delete it from your My Pictures and it will still show up on contact

-When music is playing and your on the external home screen you can touch the little moving bar icon on the left of the player to see a list of your songs

I'll add more if i find some. Post yours!
