I'm not sure if any of you are able to sync data w/ bluetooth instead of USB. I didn't want to type up a full article if you already know how to. Does anyone already know how to use bluetooth to sync data instead of USB?

It's the same as using the usb cable except you have to pair your phone with your computer before bitpim can read it.  If bitpim doesn't automatically see your phone's bluetooth connection, you open up the com port menu and select the proper port.

Well I was reading the one on how to get into the LG Service Menu thing and I saw the one that said "Port Map". I used to have a Samsung SCH-R410 and I couldn't get ringtones/pictures/ etc. on it and I found this hack that this guy on the Howard Forums found out and it required me to change the settings in port map from USB to Bluetooth. But if it already works nevermind  angel

What are you using to connect?  I've tried with a version 1.1 device and couldn't get it to work.

I use Bluetooth to synch my phone with BitPim. I can't get Bitpim to recognize the phone with a USB cable, but it works great with Bluetooth. Here's how it works on my setup (HP Laptop with Windows XP), Bitpim 1.07.20090805:

1. Pair the phone with the laptop (one-time operation)
2. Establish a Bluetooth serial port connection with the phone (in the Bluetooth menu)
3. Select the Bluetooth com port in BitPim settings
