Okay so I have a Mac and all my contacts are in the Address Book application. Is there any way I can transfer these to my phone? I have my phone paired with my Mac with the bluetooth. I just can't figure out how to send the VCards. I believe thats the name. I can send everything else but that. I really don't feel like typing 90 peoples numbers out.....

What phone did you come from before the Touch?  I always suggest that Verizon customers take advantage of the Backup Assistant app available for free from Verizon as long as you have an online account.  It can automatically update the system with any changes you make to your contacts on a schedule that you set and then when you upgrade to a new phone for whatever reason, you can just download the same program to the new phone and it loads your contacts nice and quick.

I know that doesn't really answer your question about syncing your contacts from your Mac but if you still have your old phone, you could reactivate it, download the BA app, save your contacts to their system, and then reactivate your Touch and be done.  You can take care of it online or just call customer service from a third phone and have them walk you through it.

Actually I was on Verizon with a Voyager and then I got an iPhone 3G. But the iPhone is getting expensive and I can't call many people for free and I just decided to cancel it. So now I'm back on my family plan with the Touch. So all my contacts are in my computer because I had an iPhone. I know what backup assistant is. I just can't use it since I don't have that Voyager anymore lol. I sold it.
