Before i had the VX11 firmware, every time i turn my phone on it asked for the lock code.  But i think because of the new firmware it doesn't ask for the lock code anymore, is it?  Anyways does anyone know if i can get that feature back?

Just go back into the phone's security menu, then phone lock and switch it back to "on power up".

You might have to take it in to the VZW store, explain what your cousin did, and have them re-flash it to factory settings.  I can't think of any home-brew solutions, sorry.

if the phone is locked you can't call anyone, the only real solution is to take it to the store

My lock code does not work any longer. When I go to security to lock the phone I get an incorrect code message and can't lock the phone. I have never changed the lock code from the default setting. How do I find the code and reset it to default so I can lock my phone?
Thanks

Take it to your Verizon store.

Is there a shortcut to manualy lock it instead of going all the way into security setings to lock it?
