Hi All,

I would greatly appreciate any insights on how to back up text messages that are currently on my Env Touch to my Mac for documentation purposes. I've read the posts here about BitPim, but that seems to be a PC only software.

Thanks so much,
Glenn

If you would go to the site of Bitpim you would see that it is for windows, linux, and OS X.  You should be all set. Wink

Thanks. I've downloaded the Mac version. Unfortunately, BitPim is not seeing my phone. The BitPim site isn't much help. Has anyone had experience trying to get BitPim to see the enV Touch via Bluetooth?

Thank you,
Glenn

I use bluetooth a lot for pics and some movie clips but not with bitpim.  I guess it could work but with that much data I just rely on usb.  Now, as for using bitpim in windows, I have better luck with the phone shut off, plug in cord and then start bitpim.  Give that a shot.
